Welcome to a whole new world of printed and vinyl banners. We have worked hard to make an innovative, easy to use material that will help your workflow and increase your profits. With this product there is no need to send the banner out to be sewn and grommeted saving you both time and money. We have tested this material on most didgital printers with no dificulties. We do suggest for your comfort that you remove your cutting blade (if your printer has one) and to put your head height to high. We have tested both with the knife in and at low head heights but we would like to to get used to the product. It won't take long before you realize what a valuable product this is to have on the shelf.

	First apply the end caps on the rolls once you receive them. You will find that the material will run through the printer better. The material comes with a welded edge and grommets already in the material.
	Feed the banner material through and put your rollers on the outside edge. Pull tight and secure your rollers. NOTE: you can apply the collars on your rollers that the material sits on to help it run straighter.
	NOTE: THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP. This is just for safety. A: Set the head on High Head Height B: Remove your knife if you have a print cut device
	TIP: If you are printing full bleed one of the tricks we do is cover the bed with tape where the printer will print over the grommet holes. This will stop from any ink staining the print bed. NOTE: try not to cover the vacuum that hold the material to the bed of the printer
	The banner material is full bleed capable. You can either wipe the ink off the grommets or allow it to dry a little longer.
	Once you have finished the print it is designed that you can trim the material where the rollers ran on to create a nice finished edge.
	This banner material is great for quick knock out banners. You need to design in a different fashion thinking that all your grommets are on 24" centers.
	Full colour graphics are a plus with the Ready2print material! Just drop it in and send it to print.
